General Guild Rules and Policies
- Maturity. That means no overly lewd jokes that involve racism, sexism, homosexuality etc. You don't know everyones story so be respectful. We're all here for the love of Classic. If thats not enough then this is the wrong guild for you. This rule is the the most important pillar of the guild culture and any violation of this rule could result in an insta-ban at the discretion of the GM or the Officers.
- Toxic behavior will NOT be tolerated whatsoever. No exceptions. This includes and is not limited to being toxic to other players on our realm. If you have an issue please contact an officer and we'll help as best we can.
- While in Discord, If you're streaming make it clear to others in your channel so people know they're online and broadcasting things they say.
- We'd like to recruit people that are 18+. If you're younger thats fine but please keep it mature.
- Conversations about religion or politics aren't banned but I expect you to end the convo when things are getting heated. Don't take things too far. If someone disagree's with your point of view? Hey, we're here for the game not to change each others minds. Please remember that.
Raid Rules and Loot Policies
- Our loot system is EPGP. If you don't agree with something in terms of loot distribution or an action the leaders took with an item you come to them with your concern first.
- No screaming into the mic. In general try and make sure your mic isn't too loud or is causing headaches for everyone in chat especially during raid nights. Do your best and ask for help configuring Discord if you need to. We'll be happy to help!
- You can show up prepared for raid nights on a usual basis. Real life stuff comes before video games but try and make it as often as you can.
- New raid members will start out as Trial Raiders. Trial Raiders will always have lower loot priority than the Core Raider rank and above. When they've earned 300 EP from attending raids, they'll be eligible to move up to Core Raider status. This way, it won't be impossible for them to get loot, but they won't be able to take anything that a long-time member has been saving for. Getting 300 EP will take about two weeks of full raid attendance. (More details about our raid/loot rules can be found in #loot-rules in the guilds discord.)
Crydon and the leaders commitment to you
We will always be as fair as possible to our members and avoid showing favoritism to anyone when it comes to gear progression - especially leaders and officers. We promise to always do our best to keep this guild drama and stress free.
Also note that the GM Crydon (Roc) has an open door policy. If you ever have a question or concern Please feel free to message him.
